Mission

Driven by the passion to see others succeed, Laura Mackenrot has committed her life to help people, especially those within the disability community to lead purpose-driven and productive lives. As far as she can remember, she has been offering voluntary coaching services to people from all over and even to random people she meets while out and about. 

Diagnosed with severe arthritis at the age of 1, Laura challenged herself to attend and live at the University of British Columbia where she graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2004. She then embarked on a backpacking trip across Europe and during her travels, she started to lose her vision. 

By the age of 25 she became completely blind. Purposed in her heart to continue doing what she does best, which is inspiring, motivating, and empowering people to make a positive impact in their lives, families, communities, and the world at large.  Therefore, she went on to pursue her studies and received a graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from the renowned Royal Roads University. She is accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Now she helps people to stay in their A-Game and master life like a pro. 

Throughout her life, she has volunteered and coached thousands of people and has sat on numerous committees such as the Persons with Disabilities Advisory Committee with the City of Vancouver. Through these ventures, she has gained wide industry knowledge to adequately relate and connect with her clients and help business owners resolve complex business and people challenges.
